Our MISSION is to attract, develop, and advance the careers of women in the insurance and financial services industry. As the preeminent professional organization for women in the insurance and financial services industry, Women in Insurance & Financial Services (WIFS) is dedicated to attracting capable women to the insurance and financial services sector, developing their talents and advancing them toward their fullest potential.

WIFS plans programs and delivers benefits tailored to the needs of its membership of financial advisors, agents, representatives, managers, CPAs and attorneys. Members benefit from monthly educational webinars on a variety of business and professional development topics, mentor program and peer connection. More than three quarters of 1,100+ members have 10+ years of business experience and earn $75K or more annually. Over 20 regional chapters are active across the continental US and Alaska.

WIFS is fortunate for the support it receives from its Partners for Excellence; Ameritas, Guardian, Lincoln Financial Group, MetLife Premier Client Group, Mutual of Omaha New York Life, Penn Mutual and Prudential. Partner affiliated individuals enjoy $100 membership subsidy in conjunction with their company’s support.

Each year, WIFS hosts a national conference featuring personal and professional development workshops along with well known speakers. Conference is also an annual opportunity to recognize outstanding member contributions, personal success as well as to foster connection and sharing of best practices among members.
